BLUE HERON
This 12′, sprit-rigged catboat was laid out by Sam Devlin as his MudPeep design. We built her using the stitch and glue method.
Perseverance
Well, it's been about two years since I started working on the boat. Like most of my projects, it sat idle in the garage while priorities shifted and free time vanished. She's finally done, though, and we launched her at a nearby lake last weekend.

ATNA
I helped my friend Glenn Strombo build this Adirondack Guide Boat to the plans found in “Building an Adirondack Guide Boat” by Michael J. Olivette and John D Michne.We shortened the length by 16 inches to utilize more readily available 16 foot cedar planking stock.
ANDREW K.
Andrew German's grandfather built him this pontoon dory when he was just 4 years old. They launched ANDREW K. in August 2002. Andrew just fits in the boat, since it is only 4 feet in long. The boat is built of glassed 1/4" mahogany plywood with frames of Douglas fir.
HELGRAMITE
Geoff and Jean Lee wanted a boat that they could row and sail with equal ease in the open waters of Biscayne Bay, Florida. They found the design for this 18' William Chamberlain Gunning Dory in John Gardner's book The Dory Book.
Huntington Harbor
I built Huntington Harbor from free plans from Spira International. It was lots of fun and paddles great, looking forward to the next build.
