Haka 180

Haka 180's modern hull shape brings exceptional performance to her cruising program.

An extremely shoal-draft is a bonus for cruising yachts, especially in that size.
The first are built as a twin rudder centreboarder, the pivoting centreboard gives the smallest draft and allows adjusting the balance under sails.
Hull and propeller are protected by the keel and skegs for drying out and easy scrubbing.

Haka 180 was designed from the start for composite epoxy construction. The hull is a sandwich of glass/Kevlar/AIREX vacuumed on strip planking. The deck is a sandwich of glass/PVC on a plywood inner skin. This gives fast one-off construction together with a high standard of finish.

To suit different programs a cutter rig on an aluminium mast or a sloop rig on a taller carbon mast have been fitted.

The accommodation plans offers the choice between 3 or 4 comfortable cabins.

As for all sailing yachts of that size a high degree of customising is possible.
