Category: Sailboats Cruising
The Pilot class has shown itself to be a roomy, comfortable small auxiliary with an excellent turn of speed under sail. A number of these boats were completed during the 1946 sailing season during which time they made excellent record. Cruising accommodation provides a four berth layout with elbow room and comfort through out comparable to that generally found on larger yachts. The plans provide for first class construction throughout based on the use of oak for keel, stem and framing.
