Vik 160

Vik 160 is an ideal compromise between speed and comfort.
She is customised on her rig, interior and deck layout to suit her exact sailing program.

The rotating carbon rig is standard.
The "Performance" rig uses the latest 60' open developments with a genoa on in-and-out furler and a staysail on furling gear.
The "Voyage" rig is specially designed for easy handling such a large boat. She has a reasonably sized mainsail and a staysail, which will be extremely useful in heavy weather.

The "Cruising" layout has four double cabins and two bathrooms in the hulls. The bridge-deck accommodates the galley, saloon, chart table with quarter berth.
A "Voyage" layout with a complete hull devoted to the owner and even a workshop is obviously planned.
The "Charter" layout has four guest cabins each with its private bathroom plus crew quarters in the port hull.

The "Bimini" layout has two steering wheels situated on the cabin bulkhead with a large central door.
The "Cockpit" layout has a central steering position with two seats for optimum visibility and twin entrances.

The large trampoline is much appreciated to handle the sails, anchor or sunbath. The dinghy is on davits.
The engines are located in isolated aft compartments for comfort and ease of maintenance.
All tanks are under the floors.
