Vik 165

Vik 165 is derived from the famous Petter 55 reputed as the fastest cruising catamaran on the market having achieved 8,3 knots in 6 knots of true wind at her first trials and easily won her first races in elapsed time!

Two ways of building her:
-Parts may be done in existing moulds then assembled by the most suitable boatyard.
-One-off construction in sandwich on battened moulds or from foam strips on templates.

She is customised to your exact sailing program with 3 to 5 cabins and different saloon or cockpit layouts possible.
The twin diesels provide more than 10 knots cruising speed and easy harbour handling.

Vik 165 benefits from deep carbon daggerboards placed on the centrelines for best efficiency.
She is fitted with a carbon fibre wing mast, Spectra sails and the latest carbon and Kevlar racing furlers.
The engines are located under the berths to keep heavy weights close to amidships.
