New Caledonia Yawl

19'6" Caledonia Yawl designed by Iain Oughtred, rigged as a lug yawl. This is a new boat, just completed, launched in 2026. Serious illness of owner forces sale. The hull is Okoume ply and all brightwork is African Sapele. Spars are old-growth Sitka Spruce and the 10-foot oars are laminated Douglas Fir. Deck hardware is bronze and the running rigging is stainless. Fore and aft compartments provide storage and flotation. The boat has been stored warm and dry during construction and never moored. Equipment includes an anchor with chain and rode, a 2HP Honda outboard on a side bracket, and bronze oarlocks. Sails are new and built by Douglas Fowler. The boat sits on a new custom-built galvanized trailer.
