Methinks windsor chair arms are steamed, not laminated.

Steaming is traditional, but Windsor chairs traditionally do not have arms like the one shown in the photo.

I suppose the compound curves in their example were achieved by lamination.

From what I recall, there are many types of Windsor chair arms - the continuous arm shown in the IYRS blog photo - like this one:

I always thought of "Windsor chair" as being the bow-back variety and variations thereof.

Tuition funds are thick on the ground! States are dying to give it away, so don't let that be the reason not to pursue new directions.
