I know I've seen drawings for these craft, but does anyone know where? I'm looking for drawings for the 20' cruising version. In some book?

Jay Benford. Here's the web site Benford Design Group (http://www.liveaboard.com/bdg.html), the book is "Small Ships", Tiller Publishing.

Get thee off to Victoria BC. Their harbor taxies are Benford's Friday Harbor/False Creek boats in the flesh. Neat little craft. They'd be several orders of magnitude improvements over the ubiquitous pontoon boats we get on our inland lakes.

Seen 'em in Victoria and when they were at Expo. But I've got a question about the "cruising" layouts of these guys in their various lengths. I knew I'd seen drawings somewhere, but my mental card catalog failed me. Thanks for the help. So I've ordered another book...

Kermit..
I just e-mailed the pages to you. I am presently drawing a 26 and 31 foot versions of Jay's 14 foot Grivit.....which I'm gonna call "Rribbitt". I like Grivit for a run around boat cause the 47 footer is a bit large to run to the local restaruants with and for general running around the bay. The 24/26 foot boat is for me and the 31 is for a friend.......
