Does anyone have any experience with Sikkens Polygrond system? It was recommended to me and I bought it before actually starting to restore a 1950's ply dinghy. I've sanded half my life away so far but am concerned there is still some type of resin left (up to about 6mm in places) and laquer? The polygrond might not adhere to it. I was told it was new on the market, at least here "Down Under" and thought someone who knows what they're doing might help.
