But, if you must have a Euro, for some reason, here are some free plans by designer Michael Storer (Boatmik, here on the forum).

Actually, a Euro with good drip rings will likely keep you drier in a canoe than a GP. A GP doesn't aggravate my forearm tendonitis, though, which I developed solely from whitewater river paddling with a standard Euro paddle.

I prefer the Euro paddle designs myself.
In any case, match the paddle to your needs.
