Not too many of them out here really but the first that spring to mind are these 3.
Sapphire is built to our K class rule and measures roughly 41 ft x 9ft. She's one of the few Carvel classics I know of here and has led a life of high maintenance and only 2 or 3 owners. Built 1961 I believe and had that ali stick put in her in only her a season after launching. ( the whole rig was imported from England in 1962)

Ta Aroa is one of the largest boats of the 60's out here and is 60 ft with a very robust looking masthead cutter rig.Ignore the distortion in the hull.... thats just the camera trying to stitch 2 photos together. She was famous for coming out with a keel hung rudder but quickly going back to the yard for surgery and getting a bustle with a spade rudder.

Her gear is massive and quite leading edge for the time.

Satanita is another early 60's boat but built to the RORC rule. She benefitted recently from an extra 6 ft or so on her mast and is 43 ft long by about 11 ft beam. She's a great heavy weather boat. In this shot she is with the 50 ft Logan Tawera.
