Chesapeake leg-o`mutton

Where could I find details on this type of rig?Comments and or suggestions are welcome also....Thanks.(are there other types of leg-o`muttons?)

My dinghy with a leg o' mutton rig, like the boat out of the Nat Herreshoff model, sails beautifully. At the Mystic Seaport Small Craft Weekend a couple of years ago a well known New York naval architech came over with his friend and started talking about how with the long foot the sails center of effort was conveniently low for the light dinghy. That comment rung just the right bell with me.
