Selway-fisher (www.selay-fisher.com) has a number of plywood launch plans. Check out his listing for steam launches.

Jay Benford - the Benford Design Group. The fantail is his favorite stern and has drawn a number of fine ones. :D

Matthew...
Fellow forumite Anita Mason daughter of designer Al Mason has asked that I post a picture of the study plans for her dads "Squall" design... although I actually think she mistook your comment for "fan" tail design as a "fin" tail design but regardless I post it here as I said I would...
Squall does meet your other requirements in that she is of the length you require and is ply built... therefore Squall may pique your interest in a different design or perhaps someone else maybe interested?

It would probably be of benifit to go to the first album below and look up Squall then click the pic to get the full size scan which offers a clearer read... I have recently updated the information on Als designs as Anita has sent more information and will continue to do so... it may be a worthwhile excersize to take a wander through the 2 albums on imagestation?
album #1 (http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291486295)
album #2 (http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291498197)
Put here in the interests of more people building the old designs and for passage of information on other designs not seen since the Rudder!!
I have no financial or any other interest in the work of Al Mason Design work other than that of... HE DONE DID GOOD WORK! :D
Another note... I dont strictly post designs of just Al either but am more than happy to post designs by any designer or their family or heirs who wishes to have their works posted... eg: the work of any Herrashoff {sp} BB Crowningshield {Defianantly!!} Fife {Absolutely} or any of the many other talented designers now gone over the bar {or not!}... please send any scans of drawn designs to my email in the profile {pdf works great!}...
Of course I reserve the right to gawk and drool first!!! ;) :D

Shane, I just took a look at your A. Mason albums and am very impressed. This is the first I've seen Al's work and I like it a lot. I just might give Anita a shout and order a couple sets of study plans. :D
Don't want to hijack this topic so I'll stop there. Good work Shane.
