I'm looking for a new boatbuilding project having just completed a family boatbuilding project of two sailing Nutshell prams and a stitch and glue Pigmy kayak.
After building the Nutshells from scratch the kayak kit was something of a let down, no cutting,no bending frames . . . . . . . . .more like fitting pieces of a puzzle together.
I'd like to build a small runabout/fishing boat . . . . .. . . . . . . . .a project with a beginning and an end. I saw what looked like nifty little skiff in the back of MAIB. It was a boat called a Chog 18. Anyone build one of these? I'm looking for a little feedback for my next family boatbuilding project
