If you are looking for plans for a Dragon class sloop then you can find them at the International Dragon Association website, www.intdragon.org. (http://www.intdragon.org.) The nice folks there will be glad to help you.

Keep us posted on what you are doing.

Merry Christmas.

ah, guys? before you go charging off in what may be the wrong direction? I believe that drakkar is the Norse name for a Viking era longship. Have a peek here (http://www.cdli.ca/CITE/v_drakkar.htm) or here (http://www.viking-folklore.com/vikingstory-page/the-drakar.html), or for some serious readin', here (http://www.dmacompany.com/english/model_boats/drakkar/historique.htm) before y'all get too deep in discussing Dragon class sloops or such stuff.

I know that Drakkar translates to Dragon in Scandinavion languages. There are just to many boats called Dragon (Chinese dragon boats for instance). The you could go off on the tangent of Francis Drake.
