CHANCE, 1926 schooner yacht

Collecting information on this vessel, built in the McKay yard in Shelburne, NS in 1926. Have quite a lot so far from books, museums, historical societies, Lloyd's, but no lines or half-hull model. Recently learned she was owned in Los Angeles in 1947 by a T. W. Warner. Is that a familiar name to anyone out there. Hoping CHANCE is still afloat and I might visit her.

Objective is a fine scale model one day soon.
