I purchased a set of plans for Graeme King's "Kingfisher" longer ago than I care to admit but now that all the kids are pretty much grown up I may actually have time to build one. I recall reading sometime ago that some modifications to the original design were being incorporated by builders to reduce weight and improve open water performance. Can anyone enlighten me as to the specifics of these modifications or suggest a source for same?
