Marathon Canoe Plans

Does anyone know of a source for canoe plans for a 20+ foot canoe designed for marathon races?

It's been a long time since I paddled a marathon boat, but it used to be that 18'6" was the maximum length allowed for both USCA and Pro 327 classes. Have they changed the specs?

I was not aware of any limitations. This boat will be used in te Texas Water Safari and several teams have been using boats >25'. 3, 4 and 5 man teams are common, and that is what we are looking for.
