Does the plan for Hanna's Carrol call for exterior ballast. Can one use all inside ballast in this 36' boat? I find them pleasant boats with lots of space on deck and below.
What are your ideas about a bald-headed schooner rig with a pilot house. Sounds pretty rakish, too me. Use the iron jib on the wind, lads.
