Hey Charles,
You are right, sizing up a design is likely a subject of interest and definitely worth setting forth the issues involved.
Maid of Endor and/or Amos Brown are both designs that have lots of "visual grace" as you say but at the same time are a bit small. Another sweet design that would be nice larger is the canoe yawl, Jenny Wren.
I have found several designs in the past that were in the 26-28 foot range that I wanted to size up to around 30 to 31 feet, Maid of Endor and Amos Brown seem a much more extreme case of scaling up...almost to the point of redesigning. Sizing them up was a thought that popped into my mind but I hadn't thought it feasable.
I would consider scaled up versions of MOE or AB and JW as not trailerable designs thus left in the water all year long. For our purposes here I would like to consider sizing up to around 30 feet LOD.
"Maid of Endor's" study plans are in "Fourty Wooden Boats", "Amos Brown's" study plans etc are in John Atkin's "Practical Small Boat Designs". See Below. I can email you higher res images of these as I scanned them at 300 dpi.

Well, here they are, this is an interesting task because sizing them up such a degree seems would be a totally different design. Lots of issues here I would want to keep under 4 feet to 4 1/2 feet (less is better).
