Check the WB Store here for Wooden Boats to Build and Use" by John Gardner. Nice plans for a 37' launch that may suit you.

(Edited to fix a mistake made by this stupid keyboard. Not me - the keyboard. Yeah.)

Here is 2 websites with 5+ designs.
www.glen-l.com (http://www.glen-l.com)
www.boatdesign.com (http://www.boatdesign.com)
Glen-l has the eagle a 22 footer that is built traditional strip planking, and the 23 footer double eagle to be built by plywood or welded aluminum, both boats can be shortened or lengthened by 10% - Then they have the potluck a 33 footer to be built coldmolded or fiberglass, and should be able to be built in traditional strip planking as well.
Ken hankinson at boat design has the sea horse in a 26 footer and 32 footer to be built in welded steel or welded aluminum.
That ought to give you something to think about.Let us know what you decide on, and why.

Doug Hylan has plans for a 29' Beals Island boat that might interest you. Go here web page (http://www.dhylanboats.com/index2.html) and then click on the 'Boat Plans' link.

ooh! I like the Beals Island boat. It has byfar the most classicle lines of the boats I've looked at (high bow w/ lots of sheer, lowpoint in body just aft of the pilot house, square transom)

I like the other designs too but they don't have quite the same look.

Both the Arch Davis and the Potluck don't have quite the same lines in the foward part of the boat.

The are davis is also a bit boxy for my liking.

if anybody sees any other good plans just keep on posting them (please!!!)

Doug Hylan has got some nice designs other than the lobsterboat shown: Top Hat and the Pretty Marsh Runabout are a couple of my favorites.

Here are a few pictures of the interior of PAGAN, the first of his Top Hats-

Only the Beals Island boat looks like the lobsterboats of my youth, and where is the steady sail?
