Thomas Hill Canoe Plans

I have the book, Ultralight boatbuilding. There is an address for Mr. Hill's canoe plans in the appendix but it is no longer valid. Does anyone know how to obtain the plans for the canoes (Charlotte, Daisy May, etc) shown in the book?
