I would like to build/buy a wooden IB power skiff 22' to 25'. I am looking seriously at the Wittholz 24' IB Angler Skiff from the WBM plans catalog. The information available there is scant.
Does anyone have info, lines, plans, or better yet, experience with this design?
All help appraciated.

Ken Hankinson at boatdesigns.com has reworked the "Angler" to the "Atlantic Skiff". Modernized it a bit. Made it easier to build without ruining the classic Wittholz lines.

Looked at Ken's design. It seems to be a different boat - transom squared off, different weight and displacement, horsepower requirements, etc.
Is this the same craft or a replacement, I wonder.
I will have another look. Also considering replicating the 22' CC Cavalier IB Dory from the 60's.

Did look at it again, and I like the console and motorbox relationship much better. It could be built to look a little cleaner than the drawing. I will ask him if the plan can be modified for plywood lapstrake construction with a curved transom.
Thanks.
