Great sense of humor, awe inspiring song writer, nice guy all around (yes I've met him). I'll miss him. But now he can sleep....finally.

He struggled to finish his last album so we would have something to remember him by. He wanted to say goodbye to his friends and fans. I think the last Album is called...."The Wind".
A link to some of his music in Windows Media Player format---->

He was an amazing song writer. He even wrote for Linda Ronstadt, including "Oh Poor Pitiful Me" and the title song of one of her best albums, "Hasten Down the Wind."
He was looking for a place called Lee Ho Fook's

:( Well it's sad news to me. :( I had seen him on Letterman and knew he was ill but I hadn't heard of his demise.
Almost a full moon and the werewolves of London will be howling tommorrow.
He was just an exitable boy they said....
Roland the headless thompson gunner he was :(

"I've got mariachi static on my radio"
"His hair was perfect"
How many singer/songwriters can claim one of their songs in two original movies?
In this day and age of covers of covers and remakes of remakes, an individual will be sorely missed.
