The 2002 WoodenBoat Show is not far away so I'll use that as an excuse to share again the pictures I took at the last one. Seems a shame to have all these pixels hiding under a hard drive so here:

Maybe one of these days I get around to searching the forum for the last time these were posted and use the comments there to label these suckers. In the mean time, enjoy. Or not.

OMAHA HA have any lakes?...big ones maybe? Being in the mid-west ..it might just be the biggest crowd puller of all the past WB shows. The interest may be enormous....I know a marine artist who sells more in the mid-west than the west/east coasts combined!

Lakes? Um, relative to what? I guess we could flood a parking lot.

Norm...I thought the lake you sail in was a good size to lose sight of land in....no?

Are they in the same order, Norm?

Was the 2001 Show in South Haven considered a success? How did it compare to the East Coast shows?

Thanks Norm,. I haven't seen these before. The pulling canoe with the cane sliding seats is divine, a guide boat for fishing I guess? Found a few great ideas, like the crocodile-headed kayak and some wonderfully simple solutions for a few problems of my own. Don't know about the flooded carpark though. A couple of weeks ago we had a 10'6" low tide and it was quite awkward to get the boat in without a bucketfull of mud as well, a nice clean carpark may have tempted me then!

Thanks for sharing. This year I'm going to the show rather than to Brooklin for classes. I'm in for a treat!

Tom, I think they are more or less in the same order, more or less in the order I took them, probably close enough to match with the discriptions in the URL you posted. I didn't delete duplicates and fuzzy stuff as carefully this time.

Do the show in the Spring. There'd be plenty of water in the river!

Oh man! Why didn't I find this album link in Dreaduary when it was too cold to varnish, even in the basement. I thank you Norm for putting this together. It's bookmarked.
