Hi fellers....
took a week off to look at some seashore proppity...wuzzint impressed...went to llewes Delaware/Rehobeth beach area...too damn hot...105 at 8 a.m. and up to 120 during the day......spent most of the time in a highly air conditioned room........maybe gonna look north...newfieland, N.S....or somewheres cool......

There's some nice properties on the Washington bank of the Columbia River, west of Portland, OR. Not too hot in summer or TOO cold in winter and you can watch all the ships coming and going. Close enough to Portland for all the "big city" ammenities, yet definitely in the country. About $100k for 5 acres... ;)

I guess the gulf coast of TX would be out? That would be closer to Me! :D I've a friend with a place in Rockport, and have had the privelege of visiting there at his Key Alegro home. It is very laid back. But I suspect, it gets hot! You could just drink lots of ice water or icedtea, and find some nice TX beauties to fan you ;) . I'd come to visit.... :D :rolleyes:
