I saw another restoration candidate in an advert that is on land in Portland, ME and I was wondering if anyone had the time to go and take a peek for me?
It's a 1933 35' Crocker in what I was told is good condition being sold for a low price because he needs her out of his shed asap. The owner claimed she had no frame problems, or in fact any structural problems at all of any consequence, and that she just needed a couple of new planks, refastening and detail/finishing work to get her back in the water. I'm guessing the engine, a 3 cylinder lister, needs some attention as well. Fortunately there is a company that sells parts for old Listers now, so it's not an insane idea to rebuild it.
I can't get up there for a week or so, so it would really help me out! I'm happy to work things out in trade or future goodwill. smile.gif
Thanks in advance!
PS: Feel free to email me!
