Has anyone seen the ad in #185 for Bud's boatshop, house, woodshop, metal shop and marine railway? It says they might even include Bud's own sloop, "Bufflehead" for the right buyer. Wow!

Location, Location, Location !! Probably one of the best saltwater access sites in New Hampshire, near a fine city and the University of NH.

Wish the web site provided additional particulars on the house and current property tax assessment.

Abe, tax info is public. Here in Portland anyone can go to a City website and see what every property in the city pays for taxes. And lots of other info, too. www.portlandassessor.org (http://www.portlandassessor.org)
Maybe you could find some info online.
