I can not believe some one has made up a plan for a tick stick and is apparently selling them.

If someone needs a plan for a tick stick, maybe they should rethink the whole idea of building their own boat. :eek:

If one omits the notches by merely cutting a yardstick in half, your "joggle sticks" also serve admirably as winding sticks to check flatness.

Hmmm, I really want to know if Roger Simpson knows about that!!! These drawings were exactly what I got from him as a how to hint, included in my building plans for my 45' long wooden cat more then 18 years ago.

Don't need no new fangled one off ebay, still got my warped knarly (SP?) twenty something year old one that works just fine for me thanks. :D (They are great for taking the likes off small boats.)
