Anyone know another supplier a bit closer to NZ other that classicmarine? Or alternatively can a furler be made from stock items?

My headsail is about 16 m3, luff 8 foot 4m Would a 2a be suitable?

Paul, do you realise that this sort of furler requires a wire luff in the headsail? The forestay effectively becomes redundant because the jib sets up under its own halyard tension.
