I've been having difficulty accessing the Mini-Tugboat Homepage lately and would like to know if anyone else is having troubles with this site as well. Basically the site covers the design & construction of the Berkeley Engineering Candu-EZ, Candu Jr., Perfect 10, and Micro-Tug 9. The new URL is
Mini-Tugboat Homepage (http://71.35.189.106/)
Perhaps the difficulty is my browser settings or something? Anyone care to put in their two cents worth here?

Well, the old URL doesn't work anymore -
http://www.halcyon.com/aslocke/
And the new IP number you listed seems to indicate it is (was) home-hosted on somebody's home-type server, which isn't working for whatever reason.
