My brother in law in Kansas City MO has 1 1/2 acres of Oak (he calls it dark Oak or 'blackjack')and Hickory that he would like to see milled rather than burned. The trees range from 12" to 36" and are 35-40' tall.
Can any of you help out on this? If so, please e-mail me and I will put you in touch with him.
thanks,
jake

Bob Smalser has frequently posted some good information on how to find small sawmills anywhere in the US. So, if you dig around you should be able to find what he posted. Or you could try contacting him directly...
