Masthead LED combo

I've found masthead LED light units.

I've found LED sidelights (red & green).

I've found incandenscant combination masthead/sidelight units.

I cannot find a combo LED unit.
I'm sure I'm experiencing a mental lapse and I'm just not looking in the right places. Somebody help me out here...

They're pricey, but fitting an LED unit into an existing light housing is an intriguing approach.
