Is this a bolt-on transom step you're after, Terry, or a flat fitting for a bulwark capping, or,,,,?

Terry, I found a source for your bronze diamond plate step treads. Of course it was right under our noses, check out www.porttownsendfoundry.com (http://www.porttownsendfoundry.com) , under their "Boat Jewelry" section. They have bronze diamond plate discs and rectangles (up to 4" x 36", I think)I'll probably post this as a topic under Resources/Products so other foks can become aware of them. Take some time and wander thru their website, they have some good stuff.

Lunenburg Foundry in Nova Scotia casts some very nice step plates for the rail cap with the name of the boat surrounded by a diamond pattern.
