Looking for a source of bronze stanchion bases. We have the stern rail and bow pulpit, but need stanchion bases to complete the lifelines. Don't want to foul the deck with stainless.
Thanks for any ideas you might have.

Besides possible players in the back of our sponsor's magazine, there's Lunenburg up in the great white north, Davey in the UK, and top licht (?) in Germany. Seems like one of them might have what you want. Sorry but I don't have any of their websites in this computer.

There's a firm called ADCAST CONSOLIDATED at www.adcast.com.au (http://www.adcast.com.au) in Huntingdale, Melbourne Victoria, Australia. Briggs Marine Division, Part nosB35 & B36. With the exchange rate you should do ok. I've bought parts and had some specially cast and found them ok. Email; adcast@dingley.net. Best of luck, Post if they're suitable.
