Has anyone out there ever ordered anything on-line from Camden Boat Store. I placed an order on 6/30/05 for a gallon of Seafin Teak Oil and received an e-mail acknowledgement of the order. However, I never received the order, and the company does not answer the phone, fax line does not work, E-mails go with no response. Are these guys out of business? Are they reputable?

I've never heard of Camden Boat Store, but I did a little looking around on their site and found that they seem to be associated with Camden Boat Works. On the Camden Boat Works site there is a mobile phone number: (207) 542-6222. Have you tried that number? If that's a dead end then the next things I would probably do are:

1. Find out if the item has been charged to your credit card. If it has not then I would see if there is a way to block a charge from Camden Boat Works/Camden Boat Store and then order the item from somewhere else. If it has been charged then, of course, I would protest the charge.

2. If you want to pursue it further I would probably give the Camden Chamber of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau a call to see if they can tell you anything...

Good Luck...
