Help. I had some logs milled several years ago, stickered and stacked to dry. I just discovered some borers ( maybe powder post beetles) in a couple of ends. Anyone have a thought on getting rid of them? I thought os sealing with plastic and setting off a pestiside aerolsol can. Help!

You may go the poison route, but my prefered method is turn the bugs and their home into BTU's. Don't use the wood for anything important like a boat or for anything you will be keeping in your house.

One method to kill the bugs is to finish the drying cycle in a kiln.

Couldn't you have an exterminator come and tent your stack like they do for houses with termites?
