View Full Version : air bags
no not him.
Where in the Vancouver BC region can I get air bladders to fasten inside an open wood sailing dingy? At this time I don't want anything permanent, something I can take out for cleaning and drying (the boat).

Air bags are standard flotatino on Optimists, which are raced and sailed about everywhere. because that's the case, they should (one hopes) be in mass-productino mode by now and available easily online... I'd try those if they're the right size.

Yellow pages, "canoes, kayaks, and supplies".
Not all of the dealers will carry general purpose inflateable bags, but those are cheaper than the special-fit, and more likely to fit your boat.
