All- I am building a Wittholz cat and the plans spec Merriman hardware. Does anyone know if there are vendors out there that have an equivalence chart or does anyone have an old catalog that they would part with so I know the specs of the equipment that is specified on the plans?

You don't need an equivalency chart - not like wipers on the car. Look at your preferred place - Jamestown, Bristol Bronze, Toplicht etc - and size the gear by the line used and the load.
