I see that I should have been clearer with my question:

Will WB be publishing a next edition of its paper index booklet?

I will sit down every once in a while and read the old copies of the index and come across something that catches my interest and want to read again. Then I go and get out the old issue from my collection. There are so many things that don't naturally occur to me to 'query' the on-line index so I'd never come across them again.
