I am trying to locate some european pitch pine to replank a boat with. The boat was built in Norway with flat sawn 1/2" pine. I know that southern long leaf pine is very similar and would be acceptable. Does any one out there have a line on a sawyer or supplier? Thanks.

Good quality old growth longleaf is hard to find even down here in South Georgia. You might try Red Hills Lumber in Thomasville. They primarily do heart pine flooring but I think they still cut to order.

I have a number someplace of a guy in Valdosta that sells recovered wood. He pulls up logs that sank during a logging operation back in the '20s. Really nice stuff but expensive. I'll try to find his number and post it for you. DNR baned log recovery temporarily about a year ago but that may be over now.
