Anyone know of good pricing for copper nails & burrs (flat, not cupped). I'm looking for #10x1 1/2" up to #10x3" for the nails, & #10 or #11 burrs. The best I've found so far is Hamilton Marine for the nails ($4.50/lb for #10x2.5")and Jamestown dist. for the burrs ($12.54/lb).
I'm going to need 7 - 10 pounds of nails & matching # of burrs. Thanks. smile.gif

You might try some of these fine establishements:</font> The Wooden Boat Foundation's Chandlery (http://www.woodenboat.org/store/). (Port Townsend, WA). The proceeds go to a good cause.</font> Classic Marine (http://www.classicmarine.co.uk/). (Woodbridge, Suffolk, UK) You should be excused the (what? 17%) VAT ordering from the US of A.</font> Slate and Copper Sales Co. (http://www.slateandcopper.com/copper_nails_page.htm). (Erie, PA).</font> Faering Design (http://www.faeringdesigninc.com/).</font> Hanson Rivet (http://www.hansonrivet.com/). (Los Angeles, CA).</font> John Reynolds &amp; Sons (http://www.johnreynolds.co.uk/[/url). (Birmingham, UK). Pointy things are us. Manufacturers of Hall and Rice roves and nails. Again...ording from outside the UK means you should be excused the VAT.
