HAs anyone used System Three's Rot Fix Product. If so....Impressions. I intend to use on some spong areas above and below the waterline.

That would be spongy areas, pardon my hasty post and terrible spelling.
I recommend you use CPES and be done with it. I don't think you'll find a better product to treat such a problem and it works...
edited 7/7: I have used many gallons of system III epoxy and pretty much don't plan on changing to another product. I have also used CPES and done the homework on it. I think it would be hard to beat but.... is is too damn expensive. I keep it around for certain projects, I know a gunsmith that uses it as a sealer and the only finish on wood stocks an he swears by it.

I've not tried it, but I too would be curious to hear from those that have. I (and many others here) have used CPES and it worked as advertised, but System Three has been around a while, and I imagine that if they have climbed on the bandwagon they have probably done their homework.
