If it was in my part of the country I would...now that the gas is sky high...it would take all the fun otta getting a good deal....pulling a heavy load...burning up the gas.

Shane how much are you paying for "petrol"?...and can you convert it to US$$ and gallons?

mmm ulp is presently running at $1.25 per litre so times that by 4 and we have $5.00 per gallon AUD... now convert that using the ol trusty ebay currency converter thingy and weve got $3.79USD per gallon

Sounds cheep eh? but then again I drive a F100 which loves fuel... I MEAN LOVES the stuff costs around $80AUD to fill from 1/4 tank

Some places are higher but average is around 1.25 per litre in the Bunbury and Perth areas head north and your asking for trouble Broome for instance is $1.75AUD per litre Meekatharra $1.70 per litre Carnarvon $1.65 Kalgoorlie 1.50 and so on... Broome is right in the midst of their tourist season but is having trouble keeping the tourists there! The "grey brigade" are finding they simply cant afford to fill their ubeaut new off road Landcruisers so are leaving after only a few days stay instead of the usual 2 week to a month stay...

Prices are on the rise... with the anticipated weekend price around here being up toward $1.40per litre up from $1.15 on Monday just gone!

HI SHANE...no, $3.75 is not cheap.....consider the national avg in USA will be $3.20 per US gal...BUT, now I'm hearing it can shoot up to $4.00 per gal next week! :mad: ...and only last week it was $2.63..fo me...Italian Vespa Scooter sales will zoooooom!...good business to get into Shane..may you should check out a Vespa dealership! and reduce driving time on the truck.

I would like a Vespa with a side car. :cool:
