I hope to post more later, but some of you had expressed concern over the Lake family with the impending hurricane.
It apparently hit the Ft.Walton area the hardest. We had very little damage compared to Ivan. Got about four truckloads of debris from the Spanish Fort house. The cabin at Fish River had little noticable damage. All the boats are o.k. Now I've just got to get the engine fixed on the schooner so that I can get her home. Hard to sail in the intercoastal down here.
Anyway, I got called in to work (I'll work about 18 hours today/tonight). I'll write again when I can. Don't know how Mark V came out, but I suspect he did alright.
Prayers for all of you in Florida, Alabama, and northern Mississippi who got hammered.
