old pond model i.d. needed

It looks to me like your URL got truncated. Don't you just hate it when that happens.

Check the format for this image properties of this snapfish.

At least from what I've seen in ImageStation, the URLs of all images have the same structure and approximate length.

The URL (with some added spaces) for the image above is :

I usually pick off the URL from Image, Properties, once I have image open on the screen. I highlight and copy, since I don't trust my re-treaded eyes or my fat fingers.

I also keep a file on my local drive with all fo the URLs of my ImageStation Images. They all look the same except for the unique image identifiers.

I just started SnapFish, so I dont know if they will all look the same, but suspect that they will.
