We hauled Waione and she's getting her tart up for the season. And tart up is all it is. That antifouling has been on since the 80's some time and needs to come off. It isn't going to though. too busy... not psyched up for it.. dash and splash is what she gets this year.

Down the yard a bit there's these three. It's a time warp.
Dolphin, formerly Rebecca, formerly Dolphin from 1901 approx at the far end, Falkor, a small 30 square metre circa 1930 and Loloma, a cruiser from 1910.

Dash and splash in that good company!?!

It must be good to have boats with similar ages, issues etc. around for inspiration.

Even your hard stand area looks a good place to be.

Cheers

Yeah it is, Mark. It's under threat of development though. People have a go at it every few years with some scheme based around a marina development or shops of some sort.
It's funny getting there each year. Meet the old friends. Meet the armchair admirals who dream and don't do.There's boats been sitting there for 5, even 10 years with nothing being done on them.

she's going to be for sale or is for sale. It'll be the usual no doubt. People will be sceptical about her condition and she'll be hard to move.
