Last issue arrived 1 week early and the previous issue was 2 weeks late. Why?

I've always assumed the postman took it home and read it before delivering it. Based on how much he liked it the later it came. If you think WB is bad you ought to get MAIB. Intended to come on the 1st and 15th of the month. Have recieved issues on back to back days and have gone 5 weeks between issues. I think MAIB is 4th class mail.

Is the the largest FOR SALE section WB has ever had?

Similarly, I wonder which listing has been running the longest.
I think the 21' Zimmer launch in the Cannell Payne and Page ad has to be pretty high on that list!

I just looked and mine is here, too. smile.gif Nice to see the piece in "Across The Bar" about our own MikeP. Now I'm off to read Robb White's Rescue Minor article. :D

Mine's in. Many friends' boats this month. Yet another mention of Glory Be, and Zella C (repaired at Jensen's, pictured in "Around the Yards") is a Seattle boat. She belongs to Martine Roudier, a friend of ours. Lawana is mentioned; she's the first of the Dreamboat class (Zella C is also a Dreamboat), and was owned by my friends Malcolm and Connie Muncie, just sold to a nice couple here in town. Malcolm did some survey and engineering recommendations for us, and was a sub captain. Ron Render's boat, Dandy, built on a Bent Jesperson hull, is also a really beautiful boat. See her in the "Launchings" section. Ron is frequently a judge at the Victoria show, also an ex submariner!
We saw the Renders in Dear Harbor last summer at the little wooden boat show they had there at season's end. Then I noted that Aerequipa's for sale. Really fun to read the mag and have so many boats you know well show up in it.
I sat on Zella C and spoke to Martine (a urology pathologist) who helped me make my mind up regarding my prostate cancer therapy decisions. Ah, so many memories

The "Eight Part" Restoration by the people at Mystic is the best written I've ever seen in this mag....and I have been with the mag since issue 1. smile.gif

I thought that was Floozie! smile.gif And no one's mentioned the article by Forumite Barbara Burnside, and her hubby Paul Gartside, too. That's a sweet looking boat! Fantastic issue! :D

Mine arrived yesterday. Agree best sailing issue in a while, lots of variety and some nice small craft. The postman must be into bigger power boats as this issue arrived quite early.

Ah...got mine this week...had to send it to me overnight....as I am still not on their computer...a glitch that is being corrected for future issues...
It's as if they sat down and tried to figure out how to specifically please me. Great issue.
Is anyone planning on getting the Curragh building books/dvd reviewed by Tom Jackson?
