DUCK!

Duck boats, that is. This is my across-the-street neighbor's fleet. He's at the end of the next canal over, and has his own, and two friends' duck boats berthed and ready. I saw them while walking past, on my way to the mailbox, and thought it was a nice shot.

What sort of dogs do they have?

No dogs. They fetch the birds themselves. The larger boat in the middle sometimes carries a Lab, but he's just along for the ride.

Margo..the guy who has the duckboats out back, has a 24' fiberglass "bayboat" on blocks in his front yard for the winter. He extends his water season with the duckboats. I trade him fresh veggies for fresh fowl. :D
