ok,,got it out twice, this time in tiny waves and 15mph breeze. This is a good design. There are a few details in the construction worth knowing about but otherwise if you're capable of building something quickly,,I'm not,,it'll be a fast construction. On to the 17W now.
For anyone who likes the CD Caribou this is a good replacement as it weathercocks less, is fast and responsive although stiffer tracking/less maneuverable than the Caribou.
